FaveNest is not in Share

On iPhone or iPad, tap Share in any app, scroll the row of apps to the end and tap More, then Edit. Add FaveNest to Favorites and it stays at the front from then on. On Mac, open Share in a supported app and use Edit Extensions if FaveNest is hidden. Apple only lets you manage these lists yourself, which is why we can’t set them up for you.

My library is not syncing between devices

Both devices need the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive switched on. FaveNest Settings shows you what has synced and whether your account is reachable. The first sync on a new device can take a few minutes over Wi-Fi.

Titles and summaries are not appearing

Written titles and summaries are part of FaveNest Pro, and they need either Apple Intelligence switched on and ready on your device, or your own API key set up under Settings > Intelligence > Cloud Model. Without one of those, you get a plain title and the page’s own description instead. Your save never waits on it.

How do I use my own OpenAI or Anthropic key?

With Pro, open Settings > Intelligence > Cloud Model, pick OpenAI, Anthropic or an OpenAI-compatible service, paste your key and tap Test Connection to check it. On a device with Apple Intelligence, choose whether the cloud model only steps in as a fallback or handles every save. The key is kept in your keychain and carried to your other devices by iCloud Keychain, end-to-end encrypted; Remove Key takes it out again. The provider bills your own account for what the model reads.

The cloud model stopped writing titles

Open Settings > Intelligence > Cloud Model and tap Test Connection. It tells you whether the key was accepted, whether the model name exists and whether the service answered, so a revoked key or a renamed model shows up there instead of as a library that quietly stopped improving. While the service turns requests down, a save keeps a plain title and the page’s own description, the same as it would without a model.

I bought Pro but the app is not showing it

Open Settings, tap FaveNest Pro and choose Restore Subscription. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that made them, so check you are signed in to that one. A purchase shared through Family Sharing restores the same way.

How do I cancel Pro, or get a refund?

Manage or cancel FaveNest from the Subscriptions screen in your Apple Account settings. You keep Pro until the period you have paid for runs out, and everything it already wrote stays in your library. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue one ourselves.

A map link did not turn into a place

FaveNest reads the location out of Apple and Google Maps links. If it can’t read one, the item stays in your library with the original link intact, so you can try again. Nothing gets dropped.

I want a copy of my library

Open Settings and export a backup. FaveNest writes your whole library to a single file you can keep anywhere and load back in later.

How do I delete everything?

Deleting the app clears it from that device. To clear the synced copy too, delete your items in the app first, or turn FaveNest off in your iCloud settings and manage the storage from there.

Requirements

An iPhone on iOS 26 or later, an iPad on iPadOS 26 or later, or a Mac on macOS 26 or later. Syncing needs you signed in to iCloud. Written titles and summaries need FaveNest Pro and either a device that supports Apple Intelligence or your own OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible API key; saving, syncing, search, offline reading and export are free and work without any of that.

Reporting a bug

Tell us what you saved, what you expected and what happened instead, plus your device and operating-system version. If one particular link or place caused it, sending that along helps. Never send us anything you’d rather keep to yourself.
